Do you really bring your own water?+
Yes. Every Polara van carries an 80-gallon fresh-water tank, a pressure system, and an onboard generator that runs the polisher, vacuum, and lighting. We do not use your hose or your outlets. We can detail a car in a condo P1 with no hose bib in sight.
What about runoff? Will soap end up on the road?+
Every job uses a reclaim mat positioned under the vehicle. It captures wash water and soap so nothing reaches storm drains. Our concentrates are biodegradable, and the reclaim process meets municipal grey-water requirements across the cities we serve.
Why hand wash and not a tunnel?+
Tunnel washes use the same brushes on every car, which is how swirl marks and clear-coat damage build up over time. We use the two-bucket method with grit guards — one bucket for soap, one for rinse — so dirt never travels back to the paint. It is slower, and it is the only way to wash a car without introducing micro-scratches.
How long does a full detail take?+
Express hand wash: about 45 minutes. Full interior plus exterior: 2 to 3 hours. Paint correction (single-stage): 4 to 6 hours. Ceramic coating: 1 to 2 days depending on prep. Your detailer confirms the final time when they walk around the car on arrival.

Yes. Single-stage and two-stage correction with a dual-action polisher and graded compounds. Ceramic coatings are 9H certified with two-year, five-year, and lifetime tiers. We do the prep, the polish, and the coat in one continuous appointment.
Can you detail at my condo or apartment garage?+
Yes — the most common Polara appointment is a condo P1 spot. We just need access (security card or buzzer) and roughly a two-car-space footprint to set up. Generator-powered, so no outlet required. We coordinate with your building if asked.
What happens if it rains?+
Light rain is fine for interior-only services. For exterior work we reschedule at no charge if the forecast turns. You get a text the night before with the call.
Do you offer recurring detailing?+
Yes. Bi-weekly and monthly recurring plans get a 15 percent discount and lock the same detailer to your account. Cancel any time from the app.
