Tunnel washes are built for volume, not for the paint on your car. Every Polara wash is done by hand by a trained detailer, with attention paid to the wheels, door jambs, badges and the spots automated machines skip. Slower, gentler, and a much better finish.
How long does a full detail take?+
Express hand wash: about 45 minutes. Full interior plus exterior: 2 to 3 hours. Paint correction (single-stage): 4 to 6 hours. Ceramic coating: 1 to 2 days depending on prep. Your detailer confirms the final time when they walk around the car on arrival.
Do you do paint correction and ceramic coating?+

Can you detail at my condo or apartment garage?+
Yes — the most common Polara appointment is a condo P1 spot. We need access (security card or buzzer), roughly a two-car-space footprint, a water tap and a standard outlet within reach. We coordinate with your building if asked.
What happens if it rains?+
Light rain is fine for interior-only services. For exterior work we reschedule at no charge if the forecast turns. You get a text the night before with the call.

Yes. Bi-weekly and monthly recurring plans get a 15 percent discount and lock the same detailer to your account. Cancel any time — just send us a note.
