Is there a minimum fleet size?+
No minimum. We work with single-truck owner-operators as well as 100+ vehicle dealer lots. The per-vehicle rate scales with volume and cadence, so larger or recurring fleets get a better unit price.
Do you bring water and power?+
No. We use the customer-provided water tap and 110V outlet at your lot. This is what lets us hold a hand-wash standard and keep our quote competitive — no truck-mounted water systems to amortize.
How do you handle damage claims?+
Every vehicle gets a documented walk-around at start and end of each visit. Photo log is shared with the lot manager on request, so any pre-existing damage is on the record before we touch the vehicle.
Can you work overnight or before opening?+
Yes. Trucking yards and dealerships often book us in the 5–9am window or after close so detailing happens around dispatch and showroom hours.
Are you insured?+
Our detailers are registered with the appropriate provincial workers' board (CNESST in Québec, WSIB in Ontario, WorkSafeBC). Operational liability coverage details are shared at quote stage.
